Returns & Exchanges

At Brisk Canvas, our products are made to order especially for you. For this reason, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect size selection.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll review the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.

For damaged or defective items, please provide your order number, photographs of the product and packaging, and a clear unboxing video to help us verify the issue.

Please check our Size Guide carefully before placing your order, as we cannot offer exchanges for an incorrectly selected size.

Minor variations in garment measurements of up to ±0.5 inch are considered within normal manufacturing tolerance and do not qualify as a defect.

Slight colour variations may occur due to differences between your screen and the actual printed product and do not qualify as a defect.
